Update on Covid-19 procedures at East Penn Truck Equipment


First we would like to thank you all for your continued support and understanding over the course of the last several months as we navigate this time of uncertainty together
We are pleased to announce that effective Friday 6/5/20 our Mercer location is in Pennsylvania’s green phase and our Bethlehem location is in Pennsylvania’s yellow phase. Because of this, the following measures have been put in to place to help protect our staff and customers from the risks of contracting and spreading the Corona Virus.

East Penn Truck Equipment will continue to be open for business regular hours, Monday-Friday 8 AM – 5 PM EST however the following changes are effective 6/5/2020:

– We are now allowing customers to enter our buildings under the following guidelines:
– We kindly ask you wear a face mask while inside our buildings.
– Customers must stay in show room area.
– We ask that you limit your parties to two people maximum inside our buildings.

– Any customers with sales inquiries or appointments must call ahead and establish a time of arrival
– We encourage parts / accessory orders to be called in ahead of time for pick up or ordered on our online parts website at www.eastpennpartsonline.com. We also encourage paying over the phone with a credit card to limit interaction at time of pick up. We will continue to provide receipts and invoices for payments. If you choose to pay with cash or check we can accept those at pick up
– If you need hydraulic hoses made they will need to be dropped off and we will call you when they are ready for pick up

– If you are dropping of a chassis or body please contact your sales rep to discuss procedures.

– Truck deliveries must have an established time of pick up and delivery.

Please understand we are following CDC guidelines and these measures are taken to protect our staff as well as our customers.
