25 years ago on October 30th, 1998 East Penn Truck Equipment, Inc. was founded under the name East Penn Carrier and Wrecker Sales, Inc. by President & CEO John Oberly. Based out of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania this commercial truck business has evolved over the years to build and provide much more than towing equipment. In 2007 East Penn grew to two locations by adding a western division located in Mercer, Pennsylvania. While East Penn Truck Equipment is known nationally as a distributor for Miller Industries towing equipment, we also build other commercial units such as dump trucks, lift gates, Switch & Go’s, work truck bodies, and more. We use trusted chassis and body manufacturers to provide the absolute best for our customers who have come to know the quality of our products. With our installers having a combined experience of over 75 years, you will always rest assured that your unit is in good hands with our knowledgeable staff. Today we have two state of the art facilities ready to meet all your needs from sales, service, custom fabrication, equipment refurbishing, paint, parts, accessories and more.
