UPDATE ON COVID-19 PROCEDURES
IMPORTANT UPDATE ON COVID-19 PROCEDURES:
Effective today Thursday 3/19/20 the following measures have been put in to place to help protect our staff and customers from the risks of contracting and spreading the Corona Virus.
East Penn Truck Equipment will continue to be open for business regular hours, Monday-Friday 8 AM – 5 PM EST however the following is effective immediately:
– Any customers with sales inquiries or appointments must call ahead and establish a time of arrival.
– All parts / accessory orders MUST be called in ahead of time for pick up or ordered on our online parts website at www.eastpennpartsonline.com. NO orders will be taken in person.
– If you need hydraulic hoses made they will need to be dropped off and we will call you when they are ready for pick up
– Customer must call when coming to pick up parts and upon arrival stay near their vehicle and a East Penn employee will come out to you with the parts ordered.
– We encourage paying with credit card over the phone to lessen the interaction at time of pick up. We will continue to provide paid receipts and invoices. If you chose to pay with cash or check that can be done at pick up.
– If you are dropping of a chassis or body please contact your sales rep to discuss procedures.
– We are still doing truck deliveries however a time of arrival must be established and please limit the amount of people you bring.
– CUSTOMERS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE OUR BUILDING OR WAREHOUSE FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE WITH SMALL EXCEPTIONS AS READ ABOVE.
Please understand these measures were taken to protect our staff as well as our customers. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Together we can get through this!
