All products sold are subject solely to the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Seller makes no independent warranties and hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or entity to assume on its behalf any liability in connection with the sale, installation, or use of the products sold.

In no event shall Seller be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, downtime, or damage to other property, whether arising in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

NO RETURNS will be accepted on electrical components, special-order items, custom-built products, or installed items under any circumstances.

All other eligible returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Returns must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, in original packaging. All approved returns are subject to inspection and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) at Seller’s sole discretion.

Seller reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
